A little bit of a steam punk theme where it's just starting. Trains are only just being invented alongside steamboats. But mostly fantasy...and magic. (Main idea) Annalise and Darren are betrothed at 10 and married at 18. they get taken on their wedding day and has the adventure of a lifetime while trying to find a way back home. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - First couple of chapters are mostly so you get the idea of the situation.

The two didn't get to know each other well before they were wed. They hoped they would fall in love, but they were too different. They live separate lives. She keeps up her appearance and title in society, and he continues to train to be the next prince. One day, he travels to a tavern outside eon the main city in a smaller town, and meets her. She is gorgeous woman with raven hair and gray-blue eyes who was a waitress in the tavern. Her family owned the establishment with her father and brother working behind the bar and she serving the tables. He was instantly attracted to her and she was too. They fall in love and work towards living their happily ever after. But the girl soon learns that happily ever after is rare for a royal.
