Just your basic everyday fantasy story. In Maylyn, everybody knew that all Abjin Wielders were cast out of the country or killed, or so they thought. Naomi, has these powers since she was a little girl. Her parents and a few others knew about it, but that was it. They had always kept a low profile, but now the king knows. She doesn't know how he knows and what he will do to her, but when she finally meets him, he sends her on a quest that guarantees her death.
