"The first though which came in my head was Susie. How was she going to react when they will tell her that her husband died so abruptly? She won't believe it. She knew I was careful. She won't believe it until they bring her my dead body, wrapped in shrouds. Tears escaped from my closed eyes: I didn't want to be already taken away from her... I hadn't lived enough with her..."

What could even go wrong when a young man trying desperately to go back home during a storm meet a stranger who offers him help? Isn't that just a sort of human solidarity? Maybe in that case, it's just a trap to hell...

I was supposed to post this story since forever but I forgot... But this Halloween is pretty much an occasion to do so! Hopefully you'll enjoy that short story! HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO YOU ALL!!! 
The first part is the original novel and the second part is my first try at it, and I wanted to post it also because the story is very different. Enjoy and I hope you'll have a little scare with it!
