Katherine has to move on but she's still stuck on Liam even after he was quick to leave her. Katherine and Liam shared wonderful times but they also went through dark times together.
They grew distant form each other and then they were nothing more than ghost lovers.
Liam is a Mafia lord and he is learning to take over after his father. Liam left Katherine because of his little brother Edward.
