Riese Hayashi, a first year student coming from the number one culinary school in Europe, Reuder Academy. She is to be an exchange student at the Tōtsuki Tea Ceremony and Cooking Academy in Japan. There has always been rivalry between these two schools, what could have caused the sudden exchanging of students? Never mind that, as it will unfold further in the story.
