Alex and his boyfriend Jack have been together since high school. Absolutely nothing can split them apart; except one thing. Alex is pretty close to death. Alex has fallen into a coma due to a serious accident. While unconscious he dreams of the time he first met Jack, Rian, and Zack. Will Alex wake up from his coma? or will Jack be forever by his bedside.
