Nico Di Angelo was too powerful, and the gods banished him. He was rescued by his new mother, a Chaos, the Creator of All. She kept him on her Planet, and taught him the ways of her world. She occasionally would allow him to go on missions to save her creations. 

Little did Nico know that this next mission would last a long time - longer than any other before.
