This is a collection of all the poetry I have written. Some sadness, some happiness, and a concotion of both. Poetry is my way to vent and let my emotions flow freely. Drink up~ the loneliness. Broken.~ Crushed.~ Shattered.~ Torn.~ Explore my deepest.. We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to. So I wrote my pain in poems, it did help but having to think my friends or Family would never understand. I was wrong. Mental health matters. Volume. IComplete

A collection of poems and song lyrics. All original. Some prompted through in-class assignments most of these were written from 13-16 years old during a time that I lived in my own mind. I wanted to live in a fantastical version of my reality to avoid trauma. Some of these poems romanticize my harmful coping mechanisms, because that's what I did at that time.
