You volunteered, and well, Stark didn't put up much of a protest, as in his mind, it worked for Steve it should for you too. And so it did. You joined Steve, fighting alongside each other, and both becoming Avengers. You were both Lucky, you weren't taken by the Blip, others not so, including Bucky, both of your closest friend, you would however say you were slightly closer, after a few nights spent together, of which if Steve knew, would probably kill him. All of your private life is always kept that way, private, he's overly protective, and you guess, what Steve doesn't know, wont hurt him. But something unexpected happens and you're away from Steve for the first time in years.
