The 4th Quarter Quell is taking place, and it will be the most deadly and challenging of them all. With a sickening twist from the Gamemakers, now two siblings from each district must enter the arena, and no one knows what might happen.
WARNING: I would highly suggest reading the Hunger Games trilogy before reading this story, as it contains many spoilers!
Though I have come up with the plot and the main characters, this fanfiction is inspired by the novels by Suzanne Collins. Multiple characters and scenarios from those stories are mentioned in this book.

What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...Complete
