It was in that split second that I knew. I knew everything, what secrets the world was covering up, what secrets the it would uncover in the near future. I knew when I was going to die, when my family members were going to die, when the next collosal terror attack among society was going to occur. I knew about events that happened in the past, how incorrect historians and philosophers were. I now knew what would occur in the past, the present and the future. I knew about geography, science, space and time it's self... I knew about everything. Information scattered all across my mind, trying to claw its way out into the open, into the world. The only motive it had was to cause havoc, destruction and chaos. I was the only one stopping it. I had to conseal what would most definatley destroy the world its self. But who said I wouldn't have a little bit of fun?l

I sighed heavily as I scanned the forest. I had heard something or someone to be specific, wandering about. I decided I would leave once I affirmed they weren't a danger. "What are you doing in my land, human?" A deep enchanting voice spoke I sighed once again "I'm not human, just smell like one" I spoke as I turned around to see the most stunning man I have ever seen "Mate" he spoke "Find another female, Lycan" I spat He only growled at me in response. Men. My brother was the same way. It's kinda funny how all, correction, most shifter men think alike. I would've thought he would be different, after all, he is Lycan. Something of myths. But then again, so are the supernatural. I turned away from him, not even looking at him. I didn't want to remember what he looked like so I didn't give him a second glance. I heard him move closer. I quickly grabbed the knife out of my holster and threw it at a tree next to him. He stops moving then. "Heed my warning. It's the only one you'll get" I spoke coldly "I will find you. Then you will have no escape from me" he spoke as he backed away I could understand. Lycans, like lion-shifters, were going extinct. Therefore mates were even more important to them. But, even if I understood I still didn't want to be someone's mate. The story starts at the end of the world where there is nothing left on 'this world', only flames are burning to further destroy it and things people call 'monsters' usually known as some "unknown creatures" which are born just to make this world disappear ragged on this 'world' for unknown reasons, it's not that those reasons are unknown but it is still too soon for you guys to know about this yet. The world was burning and countless unknown creatures roamed around to kill anything which was in their sight but what could they kill? Everyone already died and nothing was left to destroy just waiting for this 'world' to slowly burn away. That's right because even if there was nothing left to call this a 'world' there was one small resistance left.... a person... yes that is right just one person... The only person who survived was a human, you may ask why did he survive? The answer is simple: he was able to survive because of one thing that we humans are best at and that is.... The Best Kept Secret!
They say what's in the past keep it in the past but I wanted to know all about my past. It was things that I didn't know and that I wanted and needed to know! But my life turned upside down when my past is exactly what I should have left alone. Now if you ask me how it all began, I don't exactly remember but I know it started when I moved in with my grandma who I haven't met in all my twenty years of living. I have been in and out of foster homes since I can remember, living with families I knew nothing about. Being the outcast and them constantly asking me what's wrong because I simply did not speak. The only thing that kept me sane was my good grades throughout school. I got the satisfaction of doing the one thing that people kept telling me over and over I couldn't do. I stayed to myself and graduated high school with honors, getting a full-ride scholarship to any college of my choice. Of course, by having this accomplishment, it didn't make it any easier for me between my foster families. To them, I became the girl who was better than them. But I didn't care because when I turned twenty I finally got to start making my own choices. This is where I wonder if the first choice I made was the right one. The first choice I made was to go live off-campus with my grandmother during my first semester in college. I ask myself how could I be so stupid? But you will see just how stupid I was.
