    John Watson had watched his best friend, Sherlock Holmes jump from the rooftop of St. Bart's Hospital.  He now goes to therapy, but each day, he wonders if life is truly worth living.  Each day, he'd have to speak about the day, over and over.  John has to remember every moment, he has to remember every small detail.
    
    John cried for hours, days at a time, he mourned and mourned (in BBC continuity, for two years).  What happens the doctor now in this universe?
