(Let imagine if Trump was president in the MCU how could he managed individual like the Average or say the inhuman if you will..how he would handle area like SHIELD that was designed to help power individuals like the inhuman (this is going based off what happened to the refugees and immigrants right now how he is treated them) 

Meifang find herself to be inhuman one day after wake up from terrigenesis to find that her life has been turned up side down this happened right before the 2016 election in thing were only going to get worse for her and other people's like her as the new president doesn't take to power individuals lightly 

Sometimes after this..all inhuman and power individuals are outlaw and helped them hide is make illegal as Shield and other groups go dark to help inhuman and all other power individuals to safety..Meifang is part of these effects to help other to safety..risks life and limb for other as she trained to become a powerful shield agent under May and Daisy

They agree but don't trust her. They save Bucky and see who he was and who she was. They then ask them to join the Avengers. Bucky declines the offer, wanting to live a normal life, but Elizabeth doesn't know if she should join her her brother, fighting evil with her unnatural powers, or stay with Bucky, living a sort of normal life. Who will she choose? She loves them both and doesn't want to leave them. She can't decide, but with this Civil War, she won't have to.
