A Prinxiety Fanfiction.

After meeting his opposite, Virgil quickly realizes that he has developed a crush on him, but being the embodiment of Anxiety, he stays quiet, scared of what will happen if he gets hurt. 

Roman's feelings betray him, when he discovers that he likes a certain "emo nightmare" who goes by Anxiety. Despite being the courageous prince, Roman hides his feelings through pranks and practical jokes on Anxiety, but this quickly leads to the two becoming friends. 

As they begin to hang out more, Roman realizes his feelings are stronger than ever, and he has to tell Anxiety soon. So he decides to start leaving Anxiety gifts, but will his plan be enough to win Anxiety's love?

Virgil has always tried his hardest to stay out of the the way of the others in the mind scape, to not cause any problems. He was a very nonconfrontational person, after all. But sometimes, confrontation seemed to hunt him down. ' "And lastly, it really comes down to who's more experienced." I smirk a bit at him and bite my lip, smug as he stares back at me. Roman seems to lean in a fraction of an inch, still not breaking eye contact. Then his eyes flicker over my the rest of my face breifly, and my breath catches in the back of my throat. ' ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ This story is of everyday life in the mind, and draws inspiration from a lot of books, including, but not limited to, "THE QUIET", "Stitched", and "far too damaged", along with references to other books I have read in my previous fandoms. This was kinda odd for me, writing in Virgil's point of view, mostly because I like to stray very, VERY far from the whole, "dayum they're hawt... Woit wat?" Kinda stuff. But Virgil is kinda, y'know, anxiety... Either way, I still tried to keep it on a restraining order, minimum distance of 40 ft. ;P. However, there definitely was some internal conflict going on. He made his way to the door a few feet away, ignoring the sound of movement behind him. "Virgil, wait!" Roman grabbed onto his wrists, stopping him. Instantly, the anxiety bubbled up inside of him and Virgil's hand began to shake. "Please let me go..." He mumbled, the sound barely audible, even in the uncomfortable silence that hung in the room like smog. "Virge-" "Please..." A single tear dropped from one of his eyes as he squeezed them both shut as tight as he could. Slowly, Roman's grip loosened and Virgil reached for the doorknob, slipping out of the room and into the safety of his own. ATTENTION: This book is undergoing editing. In some places, it's major, like deleting an entire scene, and in others, I need to change wording around because I don't have an editor to tell me that things sound like shit.
