A 17 year old boy and a 16 year old girl meet at a Halloween party, is it fate? But then they are faced with a evil from both of their pasts...Dr. Sparkles, the killer clown. Sam and Alexis must fight for their lives to be able to live their lives, but after a few years of getting rid of the clown and now have a family, they must once again battle against Dr. Sparkles as they try to live their life in peace, but yet Dr. Sparkles will do whatever to take to kill Sam and Alexis, and Sam will do whatever he must do to make sure he keeps his family alive and to get rid of Dr. Sparkles.
