Seamless

Cornelius Blackwell spends his rather calm life in a remote town in the Scottish Highlands helping out in his father's bookshop, reading and occasionally watching the "Doctor's" daughter run her errands. Nobody knows this mysterious girl and contents themselves with leaving it at that, because around her father, with whom she lives beyond the woods, terrifying stories entwine.
But one day, she suddenly appears in the bookshop and Cornelius' tranquil life comes to an end.
