Infants are being experimented on. The government covers it up. All believe none survive the experiments nor the governments' extermination of these infants. Some make it to hospitals that have neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Yet, each one of them die all except for one. The lucky infant had the misfortune of being taken by a rouge. She is rescued by an Alpha royal and is given an emergency blood transfusion which could kill her. What happens is the unexpected. To keep her safe she sent to a family friend and is raised in a semi normal home. Nothing is normal because........well because she isn't quite normal.
