A month after the SQUIP is completely wiped from New Jersey, Payless and all, the students have mostly gone back to normal. Rich is back at school, Jake is going to physical therapy for his legs, and Michael and Jeremy have happily gone back to the life they once knew: joints and video games. Well, those and friends. After the SQUIP, everyone seemed to emotionally grow closer together, and they were all okay with that.
But it seems like Jeremy and Michael grew a bit...closer than the rest.
