Direction Hater
Directionators and Directioners: terms known well in the fan fiction, tumblr, twitter, and internet world. Those are the two distinct groups surrounding One Direction, but Marissa isn't either of those. Marissa is a Direction Hater. She can't stand to listen to their music, and she doesn't understand the hype surrounding the boys. They, afterall to Marissa, are just a phase the girls are going through. Within a months time Mariss thinks the crazed phase will pass, and everyone will be back to normal. After arriving at school one day, she is appalled to see that the boys are hosting a signing and concert on the last day of school at her school. Her best friend Bethany, is a senior and obsessed with One Direction, along with most of every other girl in the school. Marissa is sucked in by her best friend to help her with scrapbooks, and T-shirts for the last day of school. Bethany even persuades Marissa to go to the signing with her. During all the bustle, the boys take notice of Marissa, especially Niall. The boys try to make conversation with her, but she doesn't let them into her life. The boys are beyond confused. Most girls, fans or not, usually will talk to them or just say hi. The boys brush it off, but Niall doesn't. "Harry this is a little weird don't ya think?" one of the boys said to the boy with the curls he kind of looked like me but with brown hair not blond he looked like Kate though which was weirder. "Yeah I didn't expect them to look like me my Aunt had blond hair and no one in my family knew where she got it from but these two look like-" "You" one of them cut off harry. "Yes Niall me I could of said that." I was done listening to them bicker so I put my ear buds in so I couldn't hear my sister silently freaking out in the corner and them bickering. I played love drunk by boys like girls and then put it on shuffle. I started humming it and then I decided to take off my snapback and red DC high tops and took a little nap. I didn't get to sleep because as soon as love drunk was over what makes you beautiful came on and my ears started to bleed. Why is it then on my iPod you may ask, I share with my sister who is obsessed with one direction. I ripped my ear buds out and chucked our iPod across the room. "Ew I cannot believe I just heard that, Kate why is that in my play list I told you I don't like One Direction's songs!" I yelled it's not that I don't like one direction it's just that their songs are really annoying. All five boys look offended.
