Laurina thinks that she lives a normal life in BC. Soon things change. A fire rages through the county, leaving her and her friend Isabella homeless and confused. On the way back to civalization and undesturbed peace, they come across spiky paintings, nightmares about teachers, grumpy police officers, and one, big, pent-up seceret.
