His Love, His Life (Viserys I Targaryen)
After the death of his son, Baelon, and his wife, Queen Aemma, Viserys I Targaryen has felt lost and alone. His daughter hated him for his decision, but she wouldn't listen to his explanations. The Maester had made it clear that Aemma was not going to survive this birth. Was he a monster for trying to at least save his son? Almost 6 months after his wife's passing, he met someone. He knew it was crazy, but it felt like love at first sight. She was a woman of 19 who had made a deal with her father that she would marry whomever he wanted her to without argument if he simply allowed her to travel the world for a few years. She left her home a quiet and lonesome child of 16 and came back a beautiful, elegant, and full of fire woman of 19. Her name was Annora Hightower.
When Annora had her 19th name day, she received a letter from her father, Otto Hightower, telling her that her time was up and she was to come home.
However, he was in for a rude awakening. For her strings were her own now. No longer would she be his to toy with, and she refused to allow her father to corrupt and torment her little sister, Alicent, any longer. If she must, she would take Alicent's place in whatever fucked up plan that her father had come up with to achieve his power.
