Loads of my favourite celebrities have spoken out loud about their mental health which inspired me a lot and I hope my experiences will help some of you if I am open about it, so in this book I'll basically talk about my experiences with mental health, how I still feel, how I kinda got those problems and how I deal with all that sh*t going on in my life so be prepared to also get to know loads of stuff from my personal life. I AM NOT A THERAPIST but if you need someone to talk to you can always private message me :)

The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Why am I here? What is my purpose? What is the meaning of life? Why am I alive? It seems that since the dawn of time we have been asking ourselves this very question. Pieces of Me.
Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain.
