"If I told you, you wouldn't believe me," she says all too simply, her smile growing wider as she cocks her head to the side, her blue eyes shadowed with insanity.


Autumn Leverett is someone you'd least expect to be accepted into the prestigious Knox Halo Academy. At least, that's what the employment calls it to anyone outside of their beloved facility. The children would much rather like to call it by its real name.


An Asylum...


A small rebellion has started to form against the people that work there. As new children keep on getting imported to the Psyche hospital, the resistance continues to grow. However, when a smaller group of children go too far, Autumn and some of the kindest people she's ever met must find out who the portrayers are before the entire employment of the hospital is decapitated and hallowed of their insides.

I squeezed my way through the abundant number of people, trying to get to the exit. I bumped into a lot of shoulders, until I found an opening. I was sincerely praying he was grabbing his stuff to go so i wouldn't have another interaction with him, but of course not. His friend left and he came back and sat by me. "I'm trying to do homework can you please go somewhere else" i said in a heavily annoyed tone. "See i would, but one i think you like me too much to actually want me to leave" he said before i cut him off "i don't" he laughed before continuing "this next part is really gonna suck then" he said pausing obviously waiting for a reaction out of me which i don't give him. "fine. you're no fun. we have to schedule our tutoring times" he said before nudging me "i'm your first student to tutor surprise!" he said in a tone that i can only describe as annoying because that's all he is, is annoying. I look up at his face that's gleaming with joy purely because i'm annoyed.

His lips curl upwards and my cheeks flush against my will. I wait for him to kiss me, I wait for him to tell me that he loves me. But instead he takes a step back, glancing down at his watch.
