Two wandering souls at opposite ends of the high school spectrum: an attention-seeking daredevil with a sweet side and a charismatic, quick-witted wallflower with a hidden past. 

After getting paired together for a stat project, Arthur and Andy discover a few things about each other that keep them each interested. 

Andy got to meet the so-called "bad boy" of John Nichols High and learns that he's not all that bad. He's definitely got a drinking problem and a rank case of motor mouth, but he's sweet and very protective of his friends. 

Arthur had no idea the seemingly perfect girl from third period could be this damaged. She was closed up, defensive about everything, and always shutting people out. At first he could barely get a friendly sentence out of her. Then when she shared inklings of her true self with him, Arthur knew he wanted to know more. 

He learned what happened to make her like this and vowed to make her happy. He's going to teach her that there are good people in this world and that he's always going to stay. 

Will Arthur save Andy? Or will she just shut him out?
