In a future society there are many kinds of people. You have the happy people, the working people, the open minded, and so much more. It's so beautiful and happy and everyone is just so friendly. Everyone loves to talk and be friends. But is that just it? Are the happy people happy by choice? Are the workers slaves? Are they treated like animals? Where is the free will? Where is the right to vote? Where are any of the basic human rights? What happened to art? Creativity? How did they let it all get swiped away. Placing them in a seemingly beautiful and advanced society. When in reality it's the most deceiving, manipulative, colorless society. All the creativity has been taken away. The imagination has been pushed out. The ability to choose who runs your life has been ripped away. Now that leaves the question: what happens when someone steps out of line?

In a world dominated by werewolves, Odette leads a simple, human life until what was supposed to be the best day of her life, her wedding day, takes a nightmarish turn. Luca, a powerful world-leader and Alpha, claims her as his mate, which forces her into a desperate fight for her freedom. Now on the run, Odette encounters challenges that will test her wit and strength. Will she surrender to the relentless pursuit, or fight back? ~~~ I round the corner to see a group of freakishly-tall and handsome men. There were three men in the group, one instantly stood out to me even with his back toward me. He had deep black hair and I could tell strong lean muscles were hidden beneath his button-up shirt. I falter in my steps a bit, something in my mind telling me to go another way, to ask someone else for help with directions. But I keep walking closer. Something else within me tells me it will be okay. As I get closer, the two men who were facing my direction look towards me and I stop, keeping a safe distance. Hopefully they are able to help me, and not turn me away just because I'm a human. "Hi, um, could you tell me where the front desk is?" The man whose back was facing towards me stiffened. "I think I'm a little..." The man turned toward me so quickly it made my heartbeat waver. His deep blue eyes pierced into my brown ones and called out to me. His jawline was chiseled to perfection, lips parted slightly in awe. Every feature of his face was meticulously handcrafted by God. I never thought I could find a wolf so elegant. He was...beautiful. Something in the air shifted. I could feel it in my bones. "...lost," I finished my sentence after a brief pause. No one answered me. Did I say something wrong? I look between the three of them and see that the two men behind the man who was staring so intently at me were looking between me and him. "Mate."
