It's been eight years since the Soleanna incident and those who had been present to the End of the World have moved on, only able to hope that the future is in a better place. One day, a problem arises in Westopolis and when Shadow and Rouge arrive to investigate, they come across someone who is meant to be dead. With the new arrival more problems begin to arise, a mysterious creature is reported to be roaming the streets, and something about this newly-not dead-person isn't quite right. Sonic and friends unwillingly travel to another dimension and upon arrival realise that they are not able to freely show their special abilities to the public or bad things may await. They have to live mundane lives during their time there. Some get jobs in order to blend in and earn their keep. Little do they know a certain egg themed villain is attempting to find this world to conquer as well as defeat the heros hiding in plain sight. Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless? Eventual Sonadow, Rougeknux, Blazeamy, and Mephilver. 16+ there are adult themes and topics in this book not suitable for minors, nothing explicit, which is why I put 16+ rather than 18+. The characters are aged up as follows; Sonic-21, Shadow-22, Rouge-22, Knuckles-23, Amy-19, Tails-15, Silver-18, Mephiles-18, Mighty-18, Sally-16 I am open to constructive criticism, so if you notice a mistake or something that just doesn't make sense, please comment so I can fix it. The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out.
