Kellin lives with his abusive dad in their new house that they just moved into in San Diego. Kellin was bullied at his old high school and is hoping it will be different at his new one. Vic plans otherwise. Vic has made it his goal to torture Kellin. But will Vic push Kellin to his final breaking point? Vic doesn't know Kellin's past, what happens at home, and what he does to himself. Vic suddenly finds out that his feelings for Kellin have changed.
