Lydia is kidnapped much to her disappointment. Honestly all she wanted to do with her life was become a professional hair styler. Instead she is taken to a school were kids like her are informed that they have abilities to control natural materials (glass, steam, vines, etc.) and that this school is here to help. Like I said, Lydia is very annoyed by this fact.
