Becoming a dark knight and facing the land of Grimgar alone he continuously runs into the other two groups who continuously try to get him on their side being as he got his official badge in less than two day. What happens when he remember someone, someone named Artorias of the abyss? and what happens when he tries to become him?

Summoned by Merlin the good wizard, they are tasked to go to The Castle of the Dread. He mentions that the powerful and evil sorcerer was holding the princess captive.
