The Kingdom of Xorith is the last of the Nine Kingdoms that were destroyed 67 years ago in the war. Ruled over by the tyrannical King Stubhard MacAlasdair, all children of the age of fourteen are drafted into his army to help fight The Fallen, a number of tribes beyond Xorith's borders, made up of the last of the eight kingdoms.

Trained from a young age alongside her grandfather's army to be ruthless but also the perfect Princess, Kreaka is the ideal figurehead for Xorith. Pretty princess in public and vicious warrior behind the walls of her palace, she is kept hidden from the truth that is her broken kingdom. But when something is let slip during one of her tours, she flees from her royal title to stay far from the monster that is her grandfather.

On a quest to make peace with The Fallen, she meets Bren, the sly thief with more to him than he lets on and together the two must try and heal not only the kingdom's rift but whatever may lie in each of their pasts.

"Those who's eyes gleam with power Will wither and will fall, And those who only have eyes for another, Will rise above them all." "As you are well aware, we are at war," council leader Sir Ptolemus Brom announced to the twins in a meeting, only minutes after the coronation. "The public is already concerned about a joint rule, and in their minds you two are innocent children being pulled into a mess of politics; and quite frankly, you are. But we don't have time for that. We need to show them a leader." ----- Seventeen year old twin orphans, Alexandria and Kalyssa Leirin are both the queens of Amaria. It's unheard of. It's unruly. It's completely rash. Yet it works. Their mother died in childbirth, and their father was assassinated by highly skilled warriors from the rival nation of Aidana. An attack masterfully orchestrated by the Aidanian King himself. A self centered and narcissistic ruler who had lived a privileged life. As princesses, the twins had been secretly trained behind their father's, and their country's back, to kill. And now, in a time of sacrifice, war, and a touch of romance, they must use all they've learned to guide them, and to save their falling kingdom. WARNING: Still being edited, so names, covers, etc, may be altered. Comment if you find any mistakes, I'll fix them. If you have a cool cover for me I would love to see it! Thanks for reading, please vote! I am terrible at blurbs (story summaries) so please don't dismiss my book because of a bad synopsis. Read the few chapters I have, who knows, maybe it'll surprise you... Everything is copyrighted to Moi. (Addietay)

Every year, hundreds die within the walls of Basgiath War College. It's no surprise that many are those who choose the Riders Quadrant. Dragons do not tolerate much, but neither do the ruthless gryphons on the outside of the wards. At least, that's what Basgiath teaches. Zilphyer has never prescribed to its lessons and doesn't intend to know, not with rising suspicions making every interaction spawn more paranoia. She must grapple with the knowledge that some people know things about her she really wishes they didn't. Worse, she knows they'll tell whoever closest to her if it ensures her destruction, especially now that her death will kill the son of the Great Betrayer. Xaden Riorson has been the proverbial thorn in the side of the kingdom of Navarre since his conception. Now that he's survived the Rider's Quadrant with the third most powerful dragon on the Continent, some are tuning into what might be the best way to strike him down. Unfortunately for him, he's not as stoic as he likes to think when a certain woman stands by his side. [Book 2 of 2] *xReader available*
