At the age of three I didn't know much, but I did know that my best friend was leaving me to go to a far far away place. And I didn't want it to happen.
He was also tugging at his dads jacket and staring at we with big baby eyes that were full of tears. When I think about it know it must've been a lot to handle for my mom seeing her daughter cry over her best friend ever.
But before I could even realize it, he was gone. I literally spent three months looking for him. At the preschool, in our favorite hiding places, to even my toy box.
Eventually, I think my parents got tired and introduced me to Ana to get me mind off of David. But still as I grew up I maybe once pondered about him.
