Cursed with the memory of his mother's death, Hawkstar finds the truth. It was warrior against warrior, as his father killed his own mate. Now broken and alone, Hawkstar shuts himself out from the world. The sorrow stricken leader, cuts off all ties and closes off his heart. He is left as a transparent slate, a cat with no emotion. A hollow image of his former self, he now has one choice. Be the leader his Clan needs, or a tyrant.
