***Disclaimer: I don't own all of the characters (only Amy and Caitlin those are MINE) and some of this is a collaboration with Starchronicals. It is also a remake of the hunger games so some parts of this play may connect with what happened in the books and some parts may not, but with that said, enjoy!
P.S. this is written for my enjoyment so if something you don't like happens then deal with it because as I said I'm doing it for fun.

Part 1: The Games
This adventure/love story will be split into different parts. It's the hunger games and maze runner combined! I've never had time to write a book and since I've been quarantined and stuff I figured it would be a good time to make one of my dreams come true! I'm super excited to write this and I hope you will enjoy it! If you have any tips/suggestions please feel free to comment about it! Plot: The hunger games has taken place for 74 years now. There has always been one winner. Now the sun has started to scorch the earth and the game creators have been more desperate than ever to start the games. The majority of the quotes are from the movie. All of the characters belong to Ms. Collins. Maddie is the only character that is my original. All of her thoughts are also original. The 136th Hunger Games
When Kira Blackwood's name is reaped, she knows she's screwed. How is she supposed to survive in a fight to death with twenty-three other tributes, all of whom want to get out alive as much as she does? Not to mention, the thought of killing somebody twists her stomach into all sorts of unnatural shapes. Despite secretly training for the Games in the cow pastures surrounding her home, and being pretty handy with a knife, Kira's kind heart may be the thing that holds her back the most. However, as she navigates through the opulent world of the Capitol, and then the arena itself, Kira starts to realize that maybe, just maybe, it's not the dead she should pity, but the Victor. After all, no one ever really wins the Hunger Games. Survives, sure. But wins? Never. ~~+~~ Please Note: This is set in a world where the 2nd Rebellion failed. All usurpers were executed (except those pesky star-crossed lovers, who knows where they ran off to), District 13 was destroyed for good (but District 12 was rebuilt, on the basis that the Capitol realized that it actually really needed coal), and the Hunger Games were reinstated.
