A long time ago, there were two normal human beings, completely in love with each other and their newly born daughter. Though they didn't know that their little girl was anything but human until after her 8th birthday, when one of her very best friends had disappeared. That was when they found out that she was an ice demon, with the ability to manipulate ice, water, and, with enough control and stability, blood, if she so wished. Due to this, they abandoned her, where she was then found by Zalgo, a demon who took interest in her ability, and wished to use it for his own selfish desires.

She was raised by him until she was twelve, which was when she learned that she was now a big sister to a little girl named Lazari. She obeyed his wishes to protect and teach her, and he forcefully rewarded her by making her not only an ice demon, but a computer virus. She feared him after that, wanting nothing to do with him or her newfound ability and genetics. He abused her for her defiance more than once, leaving her near death each time but she somehow always survived no matter how brutal the beatings and torture became.

One day, when Lazari's mother hung herself after calling her daughter a monster, a 22-year-old Hikari adopted her as her daughter, and was no longer an older sister, but a mother. The two girl's were then taken in by Slenderman, their father's notorious enemy, but they did not care. They were away from Zalgo, and that's all they could have wished for.
