This was Wren McHaul. The girl who spent her days with her nose in a book. The one who believes the library is her sanctuary. The one who never leaves the house without something to read when she's bored. The one who kept to herself all 4 years of high school. The one who's always believed she'd be the good girl her parents always claimed her to be. The one who has her whole life planned ahead of her; literally. With applications sent to the country's most prestegious colleges and nearly perfect grades, Wren's parents expect her to become the flawless lady they picture in their heads. Although, when an easily distracted and overly cocky boy, by the name of Alex Ringfield, is forced to partner up with her for her senior class's culminating assignment, she plans on keeping intact with her well-kept persona. For Wren, getting through the assignment without complications is her first priority. All she wants is a good grade, nothing more. © 2014 aynakoitsalex. All rights reserved.

Alex is a fifteen year old boy who had the worst luck in life. He'd witnessed his parents deaths, he was bounced from foster home to foster home, but this was the last time. His torture was their entertainment. His pain was what they thrived on. Then it went way too far, and he ran. There was only one person he trusted, and it was the boy he met at school on his first day there. He barely knew this boy, but when he needed a friend, this sweet, raven haired boy told him the most important word that he hadn't heard in a long time. "You're safe." Safe was something Alex hadn't felt since he was a child, and even then, after the truth all came out, he realized he had never been safe in the first place. Jack was the boy's name, and Jack made Alex feel safe and loved. Disclaimer: Obviously I don't own Jack or Alex, and this story is simply a figment of my imagination. This story will be told from both Alex's and Jack's point of view. Mostly Alex's though. I WILL ADD NOW, THIS IS GRAPHIC AND INVOLVES SELF HARM, ABUSE AND RAPE. Read at your own discretion. Time isn't really factor in this story, I was aiming at like 2008-2009 but it doesn't really matter.
