What seems to be yet another normal year for [Y/n] [L/n], takes an unexpecting turn. They meet strange 'Someone' on their way home from school.

Hyello there. Yes, like many other 'x Readers', you are in high school, a freshman to be exact. Now then, not to be like the rest, here are some things you need to know.
•You aren't friends with any of the beta, or alpha kids, let alone having any knowlage that the trolls existed up until you meet Karkat.
•You may run across John every now and then in the halls, due to the fact you both go to the same school, [School/Name] High. You are mere acquaintances. The only reason I'm adding him in and not the others, is because I prefer a more realistic feel to these fanfics, and the fact that this takes place in Washington. The one place I know very well.
