This is a story about a very different version of Roni, the cursed bartender persona in ouat. I wanted to create a fic based on how I imagined Roni before the 7th season even started. I hope you'll enjoy it!

Roni, a bartender in her late twenties, works and lives at Mat's, a bar in the outskirts of Seattle. She sleeps on a couch that Mat has offered her and doesn't get along very well with her colleagues, even though they're the only people in her life that she's got. With a rough past and a dark looking future, Roni could never imagine how the pretty blonde in red leather at the end of the bar would change her life so drastically and neither could this customer, whose name is Emma Swan.
