What are the consequences of performing the forbidden ritual?

Sky and Noah decided to live forever.
To achieve that, they performed the ritual with the instructions given by a shady woman who calls herself a witch.
Naïve as they are, they chose to live an eternal life as they do not want to lose each other. 
Noah is dying of cancer and Sky could not imagine his life without him. Noah too is unwilling to let him go. 
But bad things happen after the ritual. Nothing will be ever the same as it is the price to complete the ritual.
