Nikki has never liked Justin Bieber. She's more into the emo-rock scene. Then her BFF Maddi gets tickets for Justin's concert and meet and greet passes. There Nikki meets Justin. Justin finds her interesting because she treats him like no more than someone she met on the street. They soon develope a sort of love hate friendship. Will it blossom into something more or will it fall apart completely?
