The Underground Cafe was 23 year old Chara Willson's favorite place on earth. She was the restaurant's chief before it's mysterious closure. Now three years later, the anamatronics continue to function and as a result, nighttime guards/technicians are hired to attempt to shut them off but usually fail. Chara uses this as an opportunity to find out what actually happened to the restaurant and discover why her younger sister, Frisk, refuses to go there.
