Growing up in the 70's meant keeping your sexuality a secret. Being a part of an Irish Catholic family left no room for an alternative lifestyle. A teenage boy struggles with who he is and looks for an easy way out. His friend has her own struggles, lies and deception became part of their lives, but out of that came a powerful friendship that involves two people saving each other more than once.
