Everyone has their own story, though some common similarities between them all is death, loss, and tragedy. The apocalypse is defined by the mass loss of life, and the shift in human nature itself. Usually for the worse. Adapting to change is difficult, some people change for the better and some change for the worse. Is it possible for a person to lose the very thing that makes them human?

All the chapters are named after songs that aren't really relevant to events that occur during the chapter. Just music I like and it saves me from making up chapter name. 😅😝

But when the past comes back to haunt and enemies come to fight, the apocalypse may just become almost impossible to survive. Brains and brawn may not be enough. It takes heart to make it day to day. Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete
