2020, the world has a population of 9.3 billion. The US had pulled out of the United Nations, putting the world on the edge of nuclear war. But behind the current administration's back brews another war. A deadly virus is being engineered, and 1 million people will be selected for vaccination. Congress, the defense department, and the supreme court are hiding the program from the president and his sympathizers.  One girl has been issued the task of engineering this pandemic and selecting who lives, and who dies.
