Nor Writings Authority, or known by its abbreviation, NWA, is the organization tasked to rewrite everything necessary to be rewritten-erroneous spellings, blurbs, synopses, , and above all, the pages of history. They have the power to officially rewrite anything, and their rewritten works have the most influence and following, and also has the best ones ever created.

Meanwhile, Paul Winston is a kind, smart, and athletic high school student-on the outside. In work, while he thinks that his attitude is never any different, the reality is it is the complete opposite-He is rude, pretentious, and above all, boastful. Many people do not like the way he does things and have told him to restrain all of these tendencies behind. He might try his best to cope up with their expectations, but, there are really things that happen, even if he does not want to.

Demoted!!! tells about the story of a man, creating lots of reflective essays who gets estranged from the group that he thought was the best place for him, to his way of rejoining it, redeeming what was once lost from him. In the wake of ridding Oakwood of Wanderers, other dangers come creeping in and they're somehow linked to Luc's absent twin. The past returns to haunt the mutants in inconspicuous ways.
