The Prison Keeper

The world has fallen apart, communities are spread far and wide across the land with little or no contact. North, south, east or west, whichever way you go, you never know what you're going to find. Soldiers and former prisoners terrorize those who remain, leaving them waiting for the time when they'll come down from their mountain hideaways to wreak havoc on the helpless. There's one they leave alone though, alone he lives in an abandoned prison, waiting for his prey.
