Ellie Lyken, short for Elizabeth, has just turned eleven years old and is on her way to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She's more excited than ever, especially after she meets a new friend before school even starts, but as the school years go by and the two become inseparable, she starts to realize the bigger picture. As she unravels her best friends terrible past, she realizes what he's been planning for his future, but will she able to stop the inevitable before it's too late? Or will something stop her from saving her best friend?

Also, it's the year 1938 when the story starts.

I don't own Harry Potter, all rights go to J. K. Rowling. Some details may not actually be canon to the series, but just go along with it, it's for story purposes.

Okay, I don't own any copyright what-so-ever, except for my character. I slightly changed the plot to this, so I hope you don't really mind. It's nothing major, just some minor things. Aquila Samus, a twelve year old girl enters Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but only starting on her second year. She didn't understand why until her friend, Hermione, which was her best friend even before Hogwarts, told her that her past couldn't have been as it would have seemed to be. Now, with Aquila making friends, facing her fears, making enemies, and even going to quests along with the gang, she has one thing she has to face before finding out who she really is. But the only problem is what she is. What exactly did happen? Why were secrets kept from her? And why is Draco such a pain in the arse?! Well, there's only one way to find out why. And that only thing is to keep on trying. Because one day, you may never remember it again. It would be complete and utter nonsense to even know if it was true.
