Not So Extraordinary

Jade Embers is 16 years old and has been home schooled all her life, along with her 10 year old sister Jasmine. She has dealt with her neglective father and to sweet for her own good mother, for 15 years and she needed to get out of the house so after begging all summer vacation her parents finally agreed to send her to high school with her best friend Tiffany Rowlan. "My high school?" Tiffany answered with a question. "Yeah, what's it like? Is it like in the movies with the cool girls and the parties and the jocks?!" I ask enthusiastic about my first day of school which started in a week. "Yep. Pretty much. Cliques and all." She said in an unpleased tone. "Awesome, I finally get to be a normal teen!" I say excitedly...
