France has been leaving Rose a shampoo that he and Spain created. The mixture contains, roses, apple blossoms, pink champaign, and something else that Rose can't quite put her finger on. Rose doesn't know who has been leaving her this shampoo, but it's been happening for about five years. One day she catches France resupplying her shampoo stock! What happens!
