After the Omni force event, the new Bens have been sent off to their new universes, this Ben had landed in one filled with evil humans. Whose souls end up becoming eggs for creatures called Kishens.

But fortunately there is a school that trains students to fight off these creatures. Two types of students, the weapons, humans with the ability to turn into weapons. And Miesters, the ones who wield them in battle, however the only way for them to fight accurately is if their souls resonate together. Can Ben fight alongside a weapon that can take the form of many weapons who recently lost her Miester? And can it lead to something a little more?
