Josh can't remember last summer. Can't remember why his mom is so worried about him. Can't remember what caused the scars on his body. Can't remember why he feels so empty, like he's missing a major part of himself.
Until he meets the boy in the red beanie. The boy who makes him feel whole again.
The only problem is, no one else believes Josh. In fact, everyone - EVERYONE - says this boy is dead.
